We are pleased to say that our Service Department has reopened for pre-arranged bookings only. Over the coming weeks, we will progressively increase our capacity in-line with customer demand.
For your peace of mind, we have created a Safety Charter so that you can see the measures we have put in place to keep our customers and colleagues safe whilst completing service and maintenance work.
To make a booking.
Our phone line is now open, so you can call on 02920 606 520 or email info@porsche.cardiff.co.uk to book your Service or MOT. Your patience and understanding when calling will be appreciated whilst we balance the demand with our staffing levels.
Sales – collection and delivery now available.
Whilst our showroom remains closed for now, we are delighted to say that under Welsh Government guidelines we are now able to arrange ‘Collection appointments’ at our Centre for you to take delivery of your new or Approved Pre-Owned Porsche. Our Collection appointments will comply with all social distancing guidelines so that you can collect your new or Approved Pre-Owned Porsche safely.
We are also pleased to offer a variety of delivery options should you wish for your new or Approved Pre-Owned Porsche to be delivered to your home.
For those of you who are interested in buying a new or Porsche Approved Pre-Owned car our teams are now available to take your enquiries over the phone and via our website. We can provide finance quotations, part-exchange valuations, send you videos of any cars you may be interested in and take orders.
Rest assured that in the interim, we will be working to ensure that our showroom will be a safe environment for you to visit when we are allowed to reopen, and we look forward to welcoming you back again when that time comes.
Please call on 02920 606 520 or email info@porsche.cardiff.co.uk and we would be delighted to help.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
